Key Responsibilities for this position are:
Project Coordinator – Presales / Marketing:
Daily :
Conducting minimum of 2 product demos
Preparing at least 1 proposal document with time estimation / day
Handling of at least 2 requirement gathering calls / day
Weekly :
Market research in Identifying the Right Target audience, region and target industry vertical.
Briefing to sales team on the Right Target Audience & Stakeholders
Identify New Revenue streams and position the Product potential for approvals
Attract Right Target audience by Preparing the MKTG Collaterals for Product (News, Case study, Blog, Quora Answers for 4 each / product)
Act as a Liaison between Sales & Tech Team to add value to the role.
Handling of engagement calls to convert the prospects into Clients – 5 calls
Initiating client engagement calls to do upselling & Cross selling – 3 calls
Monthly :
Participate in review Meetings with Marketing Team – 1 /month
Provide Product Knowledge Support to Sales Team – 1 /month
Craft Sales Pitches for Sales Team – 2 /month
Lead generation Support – On demand
Active Client & partner engagements to convert order & partner enablement – 4 calls /month
Organizing Webinar & liaising with Sales team for registrations – 2 /month
